The Queen of the Voice, from the trad. song "Lord of the Dance"
filked by Seyosama.

I've voiced for the Phase since the series began,
I fought all the bad guys back to their secret sands,
I came from a world where the gravity was high,
With hammer in hand I could really fly.

Speak, then, that's what they said to me;
I am the Queen of the Voice, said she
And I'll lead you all, if it's the end of me
And I'll lead you all with my voice, said she.

I spoke for the money and the rent I did pay,
But my heart wasn't in it and my voice didn't save;
I spoke for the fanbase, for the sake of the song;
My heart rejoiced, and the voice went on.

*CHORUS*

My voice entered households on the Saturday,
The parent committees all said I was to blame;
Then one day a fan tried to grope me up high;
I slayed him there -- where he stood, he died.

*CHORUS*

*slower*
I spoke on a Friday when the law spoke back;
It's hard to speak with chills running up your back;
But I was a minor so they sent me along,
But I am the Voice and I still go on.

*CHORUS*

They changed my name and I shed no tears,
I hate all the fans, they took what I hold most dear;
They'll steal your heart if you let them hold;
But I am the Voice -- So I have no soul.

*CHORUS*

----

Just a bit of Erika for the taking. She's always been my favorite character in MT -- Kimiko's too shallow; Piro too real; Largo too manical... and many others too extreme in their presentation. Erika, on the other hand, is who she always has been. She is constant in every reality -- well, maybe her boobs are a bit larger in Largospace.

-----

I danced in the morning when the world was begun,
And I danced in the moon and the stars and the sun,
And I came down from heaven and I danced on the earth,
At Bethlehem I had my birth.

Refrain

Dance, then, wherever you may be;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
And I'll lead you all wherever you may be,
And I'll lead you all in the dance, said he.

I danced for the scribe and the Pharisee,
But they would not dance and they would not follow me;
I danced for the fishermen, for James and John;
They came to me and the dance went on.

Refrain

I danced on the sabbath when I cured the lame,
The holy people said it was a shame;
They whipped and they stripped and they hung me high;
And they left me there on a cross to die.

Refrain

I danced on a Friday and the sky turned black;
It's hard to dance with the devil on your back;
They buried my body and they thought I'd gone,
But I am the dance and I still go on.

Refrain

They cut me down and I leapt up high,
I am the life that'll never, never die;
I'll live in you if you'll live in me;
I am the Lord of the Dance, said he.
