Poison after "Trees"

I think that I shall never see
A poison lovlier than thee:

A poison with a figure prest
Into a Merry Widow's dress;

A poison that avoids the day,
And comes out in the night to play;

A poison that need only wear
The blackest ribbons in her hair;

Upon whose shoulders, not a hint
Of sunlight's tan and ruddy tint.

A pretty poison, all can see,
But gladly sipt by fools like me.
